This all depends on your comfort level and familiarity. We typically see customers walk into a property and they just know. Everyone's circumstances are different when buying a property but we'll be there with you every step of the way. 

Our fees depend on the services being offered. When helping you purchase a property you typically don't pay us because the commission comes from the seller's property. If we're listing your property our standard rate is 5% of the purchase price. For handyman, painting and demolition services the fees are dependent on the job and will typically require a site visit for an estimate. No matter what though you can expect us to be upfront and honest with you as our customer.
